- Fermilab requests your firm fixed price quotation for the following in accordance with the following specifications and term & conditions referenced below and attached to this solicitation by reference. Wilson Instruments 574T - Twin Scale Rockwell Tester Wilson ""C"" Standard Brale NIST Wilson ""N"" Standard Brale (.563 in. long) Installation and Calibration of Wilson Hardness Testing Machines with ISO 17025 calibration certificate.Calibration includes up to 5 hardness scales of calibration. Includes basic training Estimated Freight Offers to include F.O.B. Fermilab delivery terms. All freight charges must be included in the quotation. All questions, clarifications and communications shall be made by 7 NOV 2022, and directed to: Michelle T. Exceptions/Alternative terms and conditions to FRA Terms and Conditions shall be presented with RFP submittal. Final Proposal due Monday, November 14, 2022 at 12:00 PM CST.
