- Description
- The Florida Army National Guard (FLARNG) is seeking a vendor to provide meals at the Starke, FL location at Camp Blanding for approximately 100 soldiers over a 13 days basis. The vendor would be providing breakfast and dinner daily for the soldiers as per�AR 30-22, DA Pam 30-22,��FM�10-23-2, AR 40-25. (Requirements attached). 1.��Meals are requested for the for the following dates and times and quantities. 07 - 19 November 2022 = Breakfast meals for (100* soldiers� X 13 days) from 0630-0800 07 - 18 November 2022 = Dinner meals for (100* soldiers x 12 days) from 1700-1830 �*May increase by no more than 10% ;�Vendor will deliver commercial meal 30 minutes prior to the serving time above. 2.��Vendor will be required to prepare hot rations for the unit to serve at the barracks area dinning facility, location Building 4625, on Camp Blanding, Starke, Florida 32091 3. Meals must include main course, 2 sides, desert, salad, drink. (Vegetarian, halal, kosher, etc. requests will be made aware to vendor 48 hours in advance). � � � � � �(a) When serving a Dinner meal, a minimum of (protein, starch, vegetable, salad, beverages and desert) will be available for� � � � � � � � � �selection. � � � � � �(b)Commercial food vendor shall emphasis will be directed providing a tasty, well balanced, health conscious, nutritious diet,� � � � � � � � with a reasonable amount of variety. 4. Vendor must be able to delivery and serve commercial meals to a remote feeding location in order to meet the unit training requirement (METT-TC). 5.� Meals must be fully cooked or prepared by the food establishment
