- PURPOSE: This is a Request for Information(RFI)/Sources Sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The NCO 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy(CMOP), Contracting office is conducting market research only to gain knowledge of potential Small Business qualified sources to include SDVOSBs & VOSBs and is issuing this Sources Sought Notice for the following item: White Direct Thermal Labels: Item/Stock: MAILTEC, Item ID No. 1016 Size: 4.25 x 3.125, 3in core, wound inside for better performance Label for TEC Printers 2000 per roll, 4 rolls per case, 8000 per case Quantity: 500 cases Delivery: 100 cases per delivery: 12/05/2022 01/03/2023 01/30/2023 02/27/2023 03/27/2023 Option One: will start in April 2023 for additional 500 cases delivery dates will be provided approximately 30 days before option is exercised Option Two: will start in August 2023 for additional 500 cases Delivery dates will be provided approximately 30 days before option is exercised Option Three: will start in December 2023 for additional 500 cases Delivery dates will be provided approximately 30 days before option is exercised Option Four: will start in April 2024 for additional 500 cases Delivery dates will be provided approximately 30 days before option is exercised Option Five: will start in August 2024 for additional 500 cases Delivery dates will be provided approximately 30 days before option is exercised To be considered, vendors must: Be registered in Sam.gov under NAICS code 325992 (Photo-Film, Paper, Plate & Chem. Manufacturing) Offers are not being solicited at this time. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information.
