- SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT The Marine Corps Installations, National Capital Region � Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA is seeking information on behalf of Headquarters Marine Corps, Marine and Family Programs Casualty Section CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: Marine Corps Installations � National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR RCO), located on Marine Corps Base, 2010 Henderson Road, Quantico, VA. INTRODUCTION: Headquarters Marine Corps, Marine and Family Programs Casualty Section (MFPC) is responsible for executing notification to the next of kin (NOK) of all ill, injured, wounded and deceased Marines and provides indefinite support and assistance to the families of Marine casualties. Locating a Marine�s NOK requires vast amounts of manpower and time that detracts from the Marine Corps� mission to notify family members in a timely manner. As such, a system that provides real time updates and information of potential family members will augment existing records and enable MFPC to find NOK in a timely manner.� In addition, MFPC is also responsible for locating NOK of service members unaccounted for from past conflicts involving Marines, to include World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War.� MFPC also maintains contact with family members of deceased Marines years after the Marine has passed in order to provide them with continuous support and liaison with the Marine Corps. OBJECTIVE: The objective of this requirement is to provide MFPC with real time updates and information for hard-to-find individuals in a timely manner. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: The requested software subscription shall include as follows: Web-based software Live Gateways to Real-time Data. Extensive database of public records Provide instant online access to public and proprietary records to include utility, telecommunications, resident service files, motor vehicle registrations, federal and state dockets, consumer reports, death record, etc. Use of multiple data sources to obtain the most information Ability to cross-link records for more reliable search results Ability to analyze data 24/7 Customer Service and Technical Support Training INDUSTRY FEEDBACK: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT (SSA) ONLY to identify industry capabilities. � Please provide feedback on the following: Can you meet this requirement? Please include capability statement in response to this SSA demonstrating the ability to meet each task above. Do you have Government experience providing similar services? Do you sell these services on GSA or any existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) or Government-Wide Multiple Award Contracts (GWAC)? Interested vendors should respond to the questions cited under the �INDUSTRY FEEBACK� section of this document. Questions and comments regarding this requirement will be accepted, reviewed and answered if the Government determines responses are warranted. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All government personal reviewing SSA responses understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423.
