Description
This contract has been awarded to a single source IAW FAR 13.5. This requirement will fill a critical LIMFAC in the recovery and security of PL-1 assets and downed aircrafts for the entire Turkiye AOR. Items will be utilized by the Initial Response Force (IRF) and Response Task Force (RTF) in the event of catastrophic failure when mobilizing weapons in the theatre for operations and maintenance by allowing Security Personnel and the Command functions, directed by an on-the-ground Brigadier General, to remain on site for 24/7 operations and investigation. These items will serve to distribute power to C3, lighting and environmental control for the many different entities in the field (DOE, NWC, RTF, and IRF); but in more austere locations where lodging is not available, we would also power HVAC and lighting for sleepers. The requirement in particular will pair with existing assets to provide faster and more readily repeatable procedures as well as enable a tailored response of varying sizes without the need for cumbersome assets from WRM yards around the globe. Members on the ground in Turkiye are trained on this equipment and capable of extended field operations Overall, products must be able to be hand carried by no more than four men, receive input from pre-assembled MILSPEC cables (60A and 200A under NSN 6150002558332 and 6150001789159), and capable of mounting in existing UTS Type TM60 Shelters providing power and lighting to the entire structure. These product types will work together to, in order from existing MILSPEC WRM Generators: Receive input from 2 200Amp Cables, combine power and distribute to no fewer than 8 60Amp cables, receive power from said 60 Amp cables at multiple separate structures, and provide out put to standard US Outlets and Provide integrated, consistent lighting throughout the structure. For Mx/Mobility, bids should contain no more than three product types (4x of 1 item capable of receiving 400 Amps through 2 200 Amp inputs and distributing power through multiple 60 Amp Outputs in the manner above; 8x of 1 item capable of receiving 60 Amps through 1 60 Amp Output and distributing power through multiple 15/20 Amp outputs ; and 8x of 1 item capable of integrating with structure and providing seamless consistent lighting) 1.,UTS Systems - NEMA - Panel Power Distribution 400 AMP 3 Phase 50/60 Hertz Output Connection 8 Each 60AMP, Tan, Part # 614-50007-0162, 4, ea. 2., UTS Systems - Portable Power Distribution Unit (PDU) 60 Amp w/Phase Monitoring & Elec.Pole, Part # UT-20246-HD, 8, ea., 3., UTS Systems - TM60 Integrated Light Set and Master Control Box, Part # UT-TS-BLJA21-6LS, 8, ea.
