- The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to negotiate a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price contract for Data Innovation Auto-Validation for the Fayetteville VAMC. The Fayetteville VAMC requires Data Innovations Auto-Validation Phase 4 for the Fayetteville NC Lab facilities. This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Market research has determined that these services are highly specialized are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award the contract with an effective date of January 1, 2023 to DATA INNOVATIONS LLC, 120 KIMBALL AVE STE 100 SOUTH BURLINGTON, VT 05403. This is a Sole Source requirement to satisfy the minimum requirements of the Fayetteville VAMC. The following service shall be completed. End User Software Connection with HA/DR, 2 each Instrument Manager Maintenance and Support, 1 each Low-Complexity 3rd Party Middleware, 3 each Low-Complexity 3rd Party Middleware - Additional Lab Location, 3 each Post-Auto verification Go Live Consultative Workflow Maintenance, 1 each Instrument Manager Fundamentals Course, 1 each Instrument Manager Rules Overview Course, 1 each EP Evaluluator Standard Version-Base Network License for access, 1 each EP Evaluator Standard Version - Network License Additional Users for access, 11 each This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within three (3) calendar days of this publication by contacting LaToya Glover via e-mail at LaToya.Glover2@va.gov. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or woman owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. This synopsis shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services.
