UPDATE:� The solicitation (FA301623Q0009) for this requirement has been posted and closes on December 10, 2022, 10:00 A.M.� XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX UPDATE:� �An electronic solicitation for this requirement is anticipated to be posted on the SAM.gov website (www.sam.gov) on or about the middle of� September 2022.�� xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx This is a Presolicitation notice for Non-personal services to provide Aircraft Wash and Fleet Services.� The successful offeror will be required to provide Aircraft Wash, Fleet Services, Lavatory Services, and Aircraft Generation Equipment (AGE) wash services, for aircraft assigned to the 433d Airlift Wing (AW) and all other aircraft (transient or otherwise) not assigned, visiting, or supporting the mission of the 433 Airlift Wing (AW) that require spot wash, lavatory, and fleet services.� The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the aforementioned services.� Aircraft assigned to the 433 AW are the C-5M Galaxy with modified and non-modified lavatory systems.� Examples of other aircraft that may require spot wash, lavatory, and fleet services include, but are not limited to, are the C-5B, C-17, C-130, KC-135, KC-10, and any transient aircraft supporting or visiting the 433 AW for a period of five years (base year plus four option years).� Services are to be performed at the 433 AW, JBSA-Lackland, TX.� Normal hours of operations are 0700 and continuing through 2000, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.� After hours fleet service operations may be required and this requirement has a Mission Essential Designation.� Service must be performed in accordance with all applicable DoD, AF, MAJCOM, local directives, and TOs as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulatory requirements and the Performance Work Statement.� The North American Standard Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is expected to be 488190; the size standard is $35,000,000.� This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business.� The Service Contract Act of 1965 applies to this requirement.� An electronic solicitation for this requirement is anticipated to be posted on the SAM.gov website (www.sam.gov) on or about the middle of� August 2022.� Anticipated base period of performance is 1 November 2022 thru 31 October 2023, with four one-year options.� All interested parties must be registered with SAM.gov, must have a UEI number, and a Tax ID number.
