Description

The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to provide responses to previously submitted vendor questions. �Please refer to the updated attachments list for the Questions and Responses document. All other aspects of this RFQ remain unchanged.� The Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (The CDFI Fund) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purpose of establishing a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for, �CDFI Data Collection, Reporting and Management Services�. Task orders under this BPA will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 8.405-3 and the Offeror�s current GSA contract. This requirement is being issued as a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services) with a snall business size standard of $21.5 Million. To be considered technically acceptable, the Offeror shall submit a quote that clearly contains the required specification contained in the Quotation Instuctions and Performance Work Statements.� Please submit your proposals in accordance with the Quotation Instructions on the attached document titled RFQ-CDF-22-FSandR for the base BPA, and complete the Attachment 1 - Labor Categories and Rates (Base) and Attachment 5 - Task Order 1 Pricing Sheet.�
