Description

Audio and Visual Equipment and Support Services at Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort, 12205 S Apopka Vineland Rd Transfers/Transports Orlando, FL 32836. Audio/Visual and labor support will be provided November 15 - 17, 2022. � Audio visual (AV) support to include projectors, screens, audio equipment appropriate for lecture and/or panel style discussions in each of the rooms. All meeting, administrative, registration, and exhibit rooms must have wireless high speed internet connectivity. The Contractor shall permit Government provided computer equipment to be plugged into house sound and required AV devices. AV technical support should be on hand in case of malfunction. The following equipment shall be required: � 2 - 6'10'6� Screen/Front Projection Surface � 2 - LCD Projectors � 1 - Audio Mixer � 7 - Handheld Microphones � 1 - Lapel Microphone � Labor - Set Up/Strike Down
