- The purpose of Amendment 0004 to solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0076 is to make the following changes: 1. .To remove the reference to the 90 days after award in paragraph A.2.4. 2. To remove the mention of the initial spare kits in section C. 10 3. To fill in Clause 52.216-19. 4. To remove the mention of the initial spare kits in CDRL A002. 5. All other terms and conditions of solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0076 remain unchanged and in full force and effect. � The purpose of Amendment 0003 to solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0076 is to extend the closing date. 1. The solicitation closing date is hereby extended from� 28 October 2022 to 14 November 2022 at 1700. 2. As a result of amendment 0001, Section A is revised. 3. All other terms and conditions of solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0076 remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The purpose of Amendment 0002 to solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0076 is to extend the closing date. 1. The solicitation closing date is hereby extended from� 14 October 2022 to 28 October 2022 at 1700. 2. As a result of amendment 0001, Section A is revised. 3. All other terms and conditions of solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0076 remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The purpose of Amendment 0001 to solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0076 is to extend the closing date. 1. The solicitation closing date is hereby extended from 30 September 2022 to 14 October 2022 at 1700. 2. This solicitation is SOLE SOURCE to HDT EXPEDITIONARY SYSTEMS, INC.� A.1 ADMINISTRATIVE SUMMARY: This solicitation, W56HZV-22-R-0076, is being issued under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.202 --- FIXED PRICE CONTRACTS and (FAR) 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source. U.S. Army Contracting Command DTA (ACC-DTA) intends to negotiate and award a five-year firm fixed price contract for the item listed below. A.1.1 REQUIREMENT: ACC-DTA is soliciting offers for the following item: ITEM NME: IASH Type II Heater NSN: 4520 01 646 3010 NIIN: 016463010 QUANTITY: 2570 each A.2 UNIQUE ASPECTS OF THIS SOLICITATION: A2.1 This solicitation W56HZV-22-R--0076, is for a five year Firm Fixed Price contract as follows: CLIN 0011 QTY 596 CLIN 0012 QTY 596 CLIN 0013 QTY 596 CLIN 0014 QTY 596 CLIN 0015 QTY 186 A.2.2 The offeror shall submit prices for each CLINs 0011, 0012, 0013,0014 and 0015 A.2.3 As the contractor, you shall implement and maintain a quality system that ensures the functional and physical conformity of all products or services you furnish under this contract. You quality system shall achieve (i) defect prevention and (ii) process control providing adequate quality controls throughout all areas of contract performance. (a) Your quality system under this contract shall be in accordance with the quality system indicated by an X below: [X] ISO 9001 : 2015 (tailored: delete paragraph 8.3) or comparable system [ ] ISO 9001 : 2015 (untailored) or comparable quality system [ ] ISO 90001 : 2015 (tailored: delete paragraphs) or comparable quality system If you intend to use a system comparable to ISO 90001 : 2015. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at Http://www.sam.gov (a Federal Government owned and operated free website) and have a cage code and CCR Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN).
