Description
The government is considering the consolidation of the following services under a single contract.� Before said decision is made, the government is requesting input from industry to confirm the following: Availability of contractors capable of meeting one, two or all requirements If capable of meeting the requirement(s), please provide the following: Company Name SAM UEI Additional details are provided in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statements. Relocation Specialist Services.� Provide a range of relocation services, information, classes and assistance to military and civilian personnel,contractors and their Families, who are undergoing relocation to or from USAG Wiesbaden, Germany. Functional areas include: education/trainings, customer service, administrative support, community events, program referral to other agencies and providing services to the community thru the Lending Closet. Cultural Adaptation Services.� The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s) and assume responsibility for planning, programming, administering, managing, and executing all functions necessary to provide the services specified in this PWS. The Contractor shall conduct work in accordance with this PWS and all applicable United States (U.S.), German, and local laws, regulations, standards, provisions, and directives to include applicable publications in Part 6 of this PWS. The Contractor shall ensure that all work meets the level of service, performance standards, or tolerances specified in the PWS or in applicable referenced documents. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, to perform services as described in the PWS and associated contract documents. Reception and Administrative Coordination Services.� The contractor shall provide customer service at the front desk by greeting customers in person and on the phone.� In addition, identify customers� needs and provide required information or refer them to the correct provider through the referral process. Update the marketing calendar based on input provided by the program managers.� Ensure that appointments/class registrations are well managed.� The contractor shall be knowledgeable of all ACS services to be able to provide accurate and timely information to ACS customers
