- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting proposals to provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located within the city limits of St. Louis, MO, or within the Missouri Counties of: St. Louis, Jefferson, St. Charles, Franklin, or the Illinois counties of Madison, Monroe, Jersey, and St. Clair and Home Confinement services within 150 radius miles of the RRC facility. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to lfaytaren@bop.gov by October 4, 2022.� Questions and answers will be posted on SAM.gov on or about October 13, 2022.� Answers will only be provided through SAM.gov.� Responses to this solicitation shall be emailed in PDF format, no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on November 10, 2022 to Laurence Faytaren, Contracting Officer at lfaytaren@bop.gov.
