Description: Firm Fixed Priced Contract Blanket Purchase Agreement for Biological Waste Disposal�Management. The scope of this effort includes services necessary to provide biological waste�disposal. In order for the FBL to provide surveillance for its targeted diseases, it will dispose of�many tubes of blood/serum. The period of performance is from date of award and not to exceed�five years. **All pricing to include any and all costs but not limited to: overhead, general and�administrative costs, profit, and transportation.� The program is looking for local vendors only.
