- This is a RFI, SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, issued by the Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, SC (RCO) seeking information from prospective vendors interested in submitting a proposal for a Branded (packaged) Furniture Requirement. A Sources Sought Questionnaire is provided at the end of this posting. In accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15, a procurement may result in a Requirements contract with a three (3) year period of performance. (Base Year plus two (2) Option Periods.) It is anticipated that this will be a Fixed Price-Economic Price Adjustment contract. The requirement is a turnkey solution for project management, delivery, and installation of a common furniture package (Branded Furniture) to Marine Corps Districts (MCD) and subordinate Recruiting Stations (RS) and Recruiting Substations (RSS) located throughout the country. A draft technical specification for this requirement is attached. This requirement is a follow-on to a cancelled FY22 (M0026322R1000) solicitation with a revised technical specification.� This requirement is a follow-on requirement to an IDIQ contract with a four (4) year ordering that ended FY 2022.� The following is an estimate for the spend/orders associated with this IDIQ contract from Sep 2018 through Sep 2022. NAICS Code (North American Industry Classification System) 337214 applies to this RFI. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This is a notice for sources sought, and is intended to compile a list of companies interested in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and may provide a proposal supporting the requirements outlined in the Technical Specification. A pricing estimate is Not required. The information provided in this document is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure supplies or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay direct or indirect costs or charges that arise as a result of contractor submission of responses. All RFI responses shall be received by 4:30PM EASTERN on 14 NOV 2022. Sources Sought Questionnaire Requested Submission Content: �Interested respondents should submit a capabilities statement package with the following information: I) Company Name, Physical Address, Website Address, and POC (to include phone number and email address). II) Small Business Status: Small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, or women-owned small business III) Prior/current corporate experience (private and/or government) performing efforts of similar size and scope within the last three (3) years. Statements should describe the dollar value, indicate whether your firm acted as the prime or subcontractor.� Provide examples of previous contracts awards for similar items. IV) Respondents should address the questions listed below in order to gather information to support the drafting of the RFP and finalization of the technical specification:� 1. Will any of the following changes to the previous Technical Specification increase the likelihood of your company responding to a potential RFP? Or, have no impact?
