Description

Attached are the Government�s responses to questions received in response to Notice ID 80ARC022R0010_ASRS_Release_of_Information posted on July 22, 2022.� In accordance with the attached response to question #6, you are hereby notified of the following: This notice is to inform all interested parties that the Government will be conducting one-on-one meeting(s) for the Aviation Safety Reporting Systems (ASRS) and Related Systems requirement.� Interested parties will only be allowed one (1) half-hour meeting. Each interested party is allowed to bring no more than three (3) participants to the meetings. Meetings will be conducted from November 28, 2022 - December 1, 2022 from 9:00 am PST � 2:00 PST, meetings can be held either in person or virtually, please indicate a preference on your request for the meeting. To ensure all offerors have equal access to information, questions regarding the upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) and its requirements will not be answered during the one-on-ones. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer after the RFP has been posted to Sam.gov. NASA will post written responses on Sam.gov for all offerors to see. Please contact Rachel Jandron at Rachel.A.Jandron@nasa.gov , no later than 5:00 pm PST on November 16, 2022 to schedule a meeting.
