Description

This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a single source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The authority for this single source procurement is prescribed by FAR 13.106(b). The United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to issue a one-year firm fixed price contract for fifty-eight (58) unreserved parking spaces to CESC TRS, L.L.C, the management company and sole leaser of parking permits at 201 S. 12th St Arlington, VA 22202. For safety and security purposes, the parking requested is in the same working facility of the USMS employees with direct access from the parking garage to the building. The anticipated period of performance is December 1, 2022 - November 30, 2023.
