Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center � Pacific requires a Carrier certified service partner to install two (2) each Carrier Refrigeration Plants, part number 90YR13NSB4ZA1K2R aboard NOAA Ship Pisces while pier-side in Pascagoula, Mississippi. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-23-00177 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-08. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336611, Ship Rebuilding and Repair; the small business size standard is 1,250 Employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1:� Installation of two (2) Each Carrier Refrigeration Plants. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:� The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 per the attached statement of work.� Proof of Carrier partnership must be submitted with offer. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.� Period of Performance: December 15, 2022 to January 31, 2023: NOAA Ship Pisces 151 Watts Avenue Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567 (viii) All applicable provisions and clauses are attached in a separate document. (ix) Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) and assigned ratings is not applicable.
