Answer 2: Yes, the vendor will be required to attend meetings in the United States. In other words, does the Apptricity framework limit competition? Answer 5: Yes, due to Apptricity propriety software source code. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is investigating the market capability to provide operations, maintenance, technology refresh, and sustainment support of the Logistics Information Systems (LIS) Theater Operations (TOPS) module to be integrated into the Transportation Coordinators� �Automated Information for Movement System II System (TC-AIMS II). Support of TOPS includes break-fix support, application�s test, documentation, and operating configuration management of the enterprise server. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more detail. All interested parties should provide a response as indicated below. Responses to this Sources Sought shall be provided as described herein. Interested parties shall submit responses in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Adobe Acrobat. Responses shall be limited to 3 pages with Arial font greater than or equal to 12 pt. PART I: Company Information 1.
