Description

This is a Sources Sought (SS) / Request For Information (RFI).� This is not a presolicitation or solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP) and is not to be construed as any commitment by the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract and or pay for any bid and/or proposal preparation costs.� The Government will not accept proposals at this time.� This notice is not an offer by the Government to enter into a contract. Interested Small Business concerns must identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement by closing date listed. Responses will allow the Government to conduct an initial review of market capabilities in support of requirements identified below. The database includes some of the most read titles covering electrical, electronics, and computer engineering and science. Product characteristics an equal item must meet to be considered: Covers a broad range of electrical engineering topics, with a focus on electrical, electronics, and computer engineering literature. Search interface that includes numerous primary categories and ability to perform keyword and other specialized topical queries for effective searches. The ability to download HTML or PDF versions of documents. Enable users to create user accounts to establish alerts and save searches. Subscription is able to provide access to multiple users via IP address (multi-user, multi-campus subscription). eJournals, eBooks, and papers and chapters dating back several decades. Multiple language translations of content. The Government encourages you to submit any additional comments or suggestions that you would like to share. Capability package responses and questions shall be sent electronically to the primary and/or alternate Points of Contact. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. The Government will consider responses received within 5 days of issuance of this notice. Contractors should be aware of the following information: Contractors must include the following information: Points of contact, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers. Identification as a large U.S. business, a small U.S. business, or a foreign business. Please note that size indicated should be based on the NAICS code for this effort listed above. Identification of any other socioeconomic status including: Women-Owned Small Business, Economically Disadvantaged Small Business, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business or HUBZone. Company CAGE Code or DUNS Number.� In your response, you must address how your product meets the product characteristics specified above. Submitted information shall be UNCLASSIFIED. Responses are limited to 10 pages in a Microsoft Word compatible format.
