- VETERANS ADMINISTRATION SW CMOP TUCSON SCOPE OF WORK PURCHASE OF PARTS TO MAINTAIN TOTE DIVERTERS SUMMARY: The SW CMOP in Tucson, AZ currently has an urgent need to purchase critical parts for our conveyance system on unit of use production line at 3675 E. Britannia Drive, Tucson, AZ. The requirements will be listed in the Description of Product/Equipment listed below for the Tucson SW CMOP and must be the same as designed for the production line. LOCATION: TUCSON SW CMOP (Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy) located in Tucson, Arizona and is located at 3675 E. Britannia Drive, Tucson, Arizona, 85706 DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT/EQUIPMENT: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to provide: QTY PART NUMBER DESCRIPTION 100 US24404 SMC CQS SPECIAL CYLINDER 100 NCY3B15-0975-DUP0881 TOTE DIVERTERS FOR TOTE LINE All equipment, materials and workmanship shall meet all current industry standards, OSHA requirements, all current UPC, NFPA and NEC codes and all other applicable standards and all State and local codes as required.
