- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of the DHS Family Reunification Task Force (FRTF), intends to award a cost type contract on a sole source basis to the International Office of Migration located at 1725 N Street, NW Washington, DC 20036 for the following: help desk services that will develop and provide information (e.g FAQs, filing guide information, etc.), answer questions beneficiaries may have about services, other immigration documents and referrals to include the provision of approved pamphlets and other written materials, responsive to the question (e.g. respond to questions about options regarding available benefits or the provision of general information regarding the consequences of a parole in place (PIP) request when other applications are pending, or general information about the potential consequences of parole when someone has entered without inspection (EWI)). � This anticipated award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1:�Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Market Research conducted by OAQ and DHS, determined that only IOM can meet the requirement in the required timeframe of 30 days or less. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotes. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future will be in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to fulfill this requirement by responding to this Notice of Intent no later than 10:30 AM Eastern Standard Time on November 10, 2022 by email to Natalie.Carr@ice.dhs.gov; no telephone communications will be entertained. The subject line in the email shall state �Response to Notice of Intent 70RDAD21C00000011� All information submitted should support the offeror�s capability to provide the supplies and services required and shall be furnished at no cost to the Government.
