- Intent to Sole Source- Government Scientific Source The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue sole-source firm-fixed priced contract to Government Scientific Source 12351 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, Virginia 20191. A sole source procurement will be issued to Government Scientific Source. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 8.405-6(a)(1(i)(B) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code is 334516 and has a size standard of 1000 employees for this procurement. Project requirements: Tissue-Tek Accu-Edge Elevating Grossing Station Background. Lexington VAMC requires the purchase a Tissue-Tek Accu-Edge Elevating Grossing Station. The contractor shall provide all services, equipment, tools, materials, virtual supervision and other items necessary to provide installation for the Tissue-Tek Accu-Edge Elevating Grossing Station located at the Lexington VAMC Pathology & Laboratory Service. Delivery must be FOB destination 30 days after receipt of order.
