The quote shall be submitted in pdf (Adobe Acrobat) format. All text must be legible and easily read. If you have any issues in submitting your quote, coordinate with Seth Balsters immediately at (816) 389-3566. The due date for the receipt of quotes is listed in Block 8 of the SF 1449. The final date to submit questions is five (5) days prior to the due date of quotes as listed in Block 8 of the SF 1449.
