Description

* Amendment 01 - Correction to Site Visit date in block 10 of the solicitation.�� Attachment 1a Specifications dated 16 Sept 2016 and Attachment 2a Drawings 16 Sep 2016 added to SAM.gov This Contract Oppurtunity was previously posted as a Pre-solicitation as�FA441722R0007. The solication number has since changed and the current solicitation number is�FA441723R0004. The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Fl. has a requirement for�Addition/Alteration & Repair Child Development Center, Bldg 90353 at Hurlburt Field, FL. The contract will�be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)�code for this project is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5M. The contractor shall furnish all labor,�materials, tools, supervision, and other items necessary: Addition/Alteration includes the addition of 1,929�SF to the existing facility for expansion of commercial grade kitchen and additional administrative offices�and provision of site adjustments including site utility modifications, landscaping, AT/FP barricades to the�parking area and dumpster relocation. Repair includes renovation of the existing kitchen and laundry�spaces as well as renovations to the entrance lobby and surrounding administrative spaces, including toilet�rooms, replacement and upgrade of all mechanical equipment (pumps, boilers, air handling units) for the�building, replacement of casework and suspended acoustic tile ceiling systems, replacement of the�mechanical system, including ducts and terminal units, and provision of toilet partition privacy screens in�child bathroom areas. This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by�Negotiation. Additionally, FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs will be utilized. This effort will be set aside�for all responsible Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) sources who may submit a�proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made�under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this�solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation,�the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs
