- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, services, insurance and equipment.� Work type may include, but is not limited to the purchased of a modular office building to include one restroom, as well as any/all power, water, and swage connections for use.� The site has the existing infrastructure already in place.� There is an existing old modular building which will have to be demoed and removed prior to this new modular building can be installed on the same exact location.� The new modular building shall be 56'x36'.� All measurements are approximate.� Exact measurements are the responsibility of the contractor.� A sire inspection prior to bidding is required.� The objective is to provide a turn-key, 56 feet by 36 feet, ready to use office facility, with one (1) purchased modular building with four (4) offices, a conference room, a reception area, one unisex restroom, one storage office, a kitchen and a large space at the FAA Tech Ops, Longview ATCT in Longview, Texas.�
