Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for�commercial products�or�commercial services�prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. �This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� �Solicitation number 12405B23Q0007 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. The associated NAICS code is 325120 � Industrial Gas Manufacturing. The USDA, ARS, SEA, Warmwater Aquaculture Research Unit (WARU) has a requirement for medical grade bulk liquid oxygen to feed an ozone generator as part of a recirculating aquaculture system located within the WARU Hatchery Facility in Stoneville, Mississippi.� Seeking a 5?Year (Base year + 4 option years) contract to acquire a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide medical grade (>99% pure) bulk liquid oxygen for use at the USDA/ARS/SEA, Warmwater Aquaculture Research Unit in Stoneville, MS. �Contractor shall provide the Tank as well as Oxygen product, Vaporizer, Telemetry system, inspection, calibration, annual certifications of all gauges and alarms in order to provide an uninterrupted supply of Bulk Liquid Oxygen.� Include all maintenance upon request.� Work must be performed in strict accordance as detailed in attached Statement of Work (SOW).
