- This announcement constitutes a SOURCES SOUGHT for information and planning purposes to identify qualified and experienced sources for an anticipated Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award for a Dry Dock certified in accordance with MIL-STD-1625D (SH) to support an LCS FREEDOM Class vessel�within 500 miles of Mayport, FL. The anticipated contracting office is Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC). The period of performance for the anticipated contract is December 2022 to December 2023. This sources sought notice is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse the contractor for any cost associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. SERMC is seeking information on qualified and experienced sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive a contract vehicle that will provide services as defined in the attached SERMC-Dry-Dock-DEC-2022 Requirements document: Reponses to this Sources Sought request should reference SERMC-Dry-Dock-DEC-2022 and shall include the following information in this format: Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, fax number and email address. Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and DUNS number. Business Size Capabilities statement demonstrating ability to provide the minimum requirements of the support services described in the draft SERMC-Dry-Dock-DEC-2022 attachment. This documentation must address, at a minimum, the following: (1) prior/current corporate experience performing efforts of similar size and scope within the last three (3) years, including contract number, organization supported, indication of whether a prime or subcontractor, contract value, Government point of contact with current telephone number, a brief description of how the contract referenced relates to the technical services described in the draft requirements attachment; (2) company profile to include number of employees, office location(s); (3) management approach to staffing this effort with qualified personnel which should address current hires available for assignment to this effort, and possible subcontract/teaming arrangements. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. Standard company brochures will not be reviewed. Submissions are not to exceed ten (10) typewritten pages with a 12-point font minimum. Responses are due to the email address stated below no later than 11:00 a.m. EST on 21 November 2022.
