- 11/10/2022: Due to an internet outage and personel issues the award date has been moved to 11/15/22. 10/28.2022: A site visit was held onboard Base Cape Cod 10/26/2022. The Statement of Work has been updated since and all questions asked and answered are reflected in the updated SOW. If there are any questions please reach out to the Contracting Officer. 10/20/2022: A site visit will be held for all three locations at the following times and dates: Tuesday, October 25th � 0900 � 1100 Base Cape Cod, 1200 � 1400 Harwich Wednesday October 26th � 0900-1200 Martha�s Vineyard Thursday, October 27th � 0900 � 1200 Nantucket A synopsis of all discussions will be posted 24 hours after the last site visit. If there are aby questions please reach out to the Contracting officer at 804-938-8124. An amended SOW has been uplaoded with a few minor clarifications 9/20: Updated site information added and a clarification below This is a quick breakdown of the buildings and their locations (The attached spreadsheet goes into more detail; sqft, location, building use, etc): 40 Commercial Facilities on Base Cape Cod � Buzzards Bay, MA 179 Housing Units on Base Cape Cod � Buzzards Bay, MA 3 Single Housing Units - Nantucket, MA 12 Duplex Housing Units - Nantucket, MA 7 Single Family Housing Units - Martha�s Vineyard, MA 7 Single Family Housing Units - Harwich, MA �Lemay are listed as quarterly because they are used by MWR as Short Term Rentals. Since they don�t have regular tenants to report issues, we have requested quarterly inspections. For all interested parties that would require a site visit please email the Contracting Officer directly; we will attempt to plan one at all four locations over four seperate days given the logistical complexities associated with travel to two islands and the long distanc between both Cape Cod locations. This specification details the requirements of Pest Control Services at U.S. Coast Guard Base Cape Cod.� All services are to be performed in a professional workmanlike manner per International Mechanical Code (IMC), NFPA 96 and other applicable NFPA codes, and International Fire Code (IFC). The contractor is responsible for all equipment, tools, transportation, materials, labor, supervision, and all other services necessary to complete the work of this contract.� All work is to be completed IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS), contract clauses and SCA Wages provided herein.� These services shall be scheduled and inspected by the Contracting Officers Representative (COR). This will be a base year plus four option year solicitation.
