AMENDMENT 3 - 11/10/2022 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1.� Post Question & Answers 2.� Post Revised Draft RFP 3.� Post Updated Attachments - 1, 2, 3,� 5, 6 and 7 (Attachment 4 has no changes) 4. Extend RFP Phase I due date to 1:00 pm on 30 November 2022.� 5.�The tenative release date for final RFP is 21 November 2022. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ AMENDMENT 2 - 10/20/2022 This amendment extends the industry feedback or comments due date to 1:00 pm on October 25, 2022. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ AMENDMENT 1� This posting is being amended to add Attachments to the RFP ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a DRAFT Request for�Proposal for the services as stated in the Statement of Objective.� The Draft RFP is being posted to allow for industry feedback or comments.� The offeror shall include in their proposal the company's taxpayer identification number, the company's DUNS number, the company's address, the company's point of contact and contact information, the firm fixed-price for all services in accordance with the attached Statement of Objective.
