Project # 626A4-21-205 - Upgrade Warehouse Fire Protection & HVAC at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Alvin C. York Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC), 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129-1237. SET-ASIDE: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 NAICS: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $39.5 Million PROJECT OVERVIEW: The project will require the selected contractor to provide all resources necessary to accomplish and furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building operations as required per drawings and specifications at the Alvin C. York VAMC, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 for the above-mentioned Project# 626A4-21-205 - Upgrade Warehouse Fire Protection & HVAC. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, demolition, removal of existing structures, furnish labor and materials, civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire suppression work and certain other items to upgrade the fire suppression system of Building 146. Anticipated completion time from Notice-to-Proceed is 150 calendar days for the base bid.
