FRA SEEKS QUOTATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING: Reflectometer or Ellipsometer with Requirements: Thickness: measurement of films > 40nm Software: solve for multi-layer stacks (at least 20). Wavelength: 200nm -- 1000nm Measure transmission and diffuse reflection Your written response to this solicitation must be in accordance with the following additional requirements: SARC Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs (Rev. 3), PUR-466 Proposal Certifications (Rev. 1) The following terms and conditions shall become a part of any subsequent purchase order/subcontract resulting from this solicitation:� � FRA General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (06.2022)� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �� Documents to be returned with proposal submittal: 1.
