Description

The Louisiana Army National Guard, Recruiting and Retention Battalion, intends to award a Contract on a sole source basis to the Louisiana Association of Broadcasters, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, under FAR Part 13. Reference attached Justification.� Firms who want to challenge the sole-source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates their firm�s ability to provide an equivalent service and rationale as to why they should be considered, as described in Justification and Performance Work Statement. All interested parties must respond by 12:00 PM (CST), November 15, 2022, to CW3 William Jones. Email: William.r.jones386.mil@army.mil or Crystal. L. Stiles Email:�crystal.l.stiles2.mil@army.mil. No reimbursement for any costs associated with providing the capability information will be provided by LAARNG. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
