End of Amendment 0002 AMENDMENT 0001: 1.� Provided past performance statement for offerors who can not provide three PPQ.� Statement: ""In the case of an offeror without a record of relevant past performance or for whom information on past performance is not available, the offeror may not be evaluated favorably or unfavorably on past performance."" 2. Clarified Evauation Criteria.� Statement: ""The non-price factors are Factor 1 � Technical and Factor 2 � Past Performance. Factors 1 and 2 combined are approximately equal to Factor 3 � Price."" Amendment 0001 in its entirety is attached End of Amendment 0001 The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) aims to serve and protect before, during and after disasters. In efforts to protect and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic FEMA acquired gowns. The garments were acquired to provide additional support to medical professionals. With the decline in COVID-19 cases the agency seeks to recycle/dispose of approximately 41 million remaining gowns currently being held in storage.
