- Description
- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Puget Sound Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for WELDING STUD in accordance with (IAW) the item description information and specifications outlined in the attached solicitation. This procurement will be acquired IAW with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS Code is 332722 with a business size standard of 500. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5307. THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS WILL BE POSTED TO THE SAM WEBSITE: SAM.GOV ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF QUOTES IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SAM WEBSITE. FOR YOUR BID TO BE DEEMED RESPONSIVE IT MUST INCLUDE: COMPLETED AND SIGNED SOLICITATION, MFR., COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, LEAD TIME FOR DELIVERY (please quote FOB destination).
