Description

This Sources Sought Notice is to obtain market information and capabilities for planning purposes and to determine appropriate strategies to meet the Agency's requirements. This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to the Sources Sought Notice. Information received from this Sources Sought Notice may be utilized in preparing a potential solicitation documentation. It is the respondent's responsibility to identify proprietary information in response to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size standard of 11.0 million dollars. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J043 - Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment - Pumps and Compressors. The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources to provide overhaul services at Folsom Pumping Plant. The work will consist of overhaul tasks related to the following motors: Motor #4 - 400HP, 4160Volt, 900RPM, Sync Motor #5 - 400HP, 4160Volt, 900RPM, Sync Motor #7 -1500HP, 4160Volt, 511 RPM, VFD Motor #8 -1500HP, 4160Volt, 511 RPM, VFD The work will be performed at 7794 Folsom Dam Road, Folsom, CA 95630-1799.
