Description: The purpose of this contract is to obtain gardening services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at the Consulate Casablanca, Dar America Casablanca, Consul General Residence (CGR) Casablanca, Marine Security Guard Quarters Casablanca (MSGQ), Chief of Mission Residence (CMR) Rabat and Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCR) Rabat. The CGR, MSGQ Casablanca, CMR and DCR will also include and pool maintenance services, and the CGR tennis court maintenance. The Contractor shall perform gardening, pool and tennis court maintenance services in all designated spaces.
