PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: On or about 30 November 2022, a solicitation will be posted to SAM.GOV for the Big Bend Left Abutment Collector Pipe System ""The contractor shall furnish all personnel, services, equipment, materials and other requirements necessary for replacement of le? abutment collector pipe near the toe of the dam. The work includes but not limited to dewatering of the area, proper disposal of contaminated soil and water, excavation, removal and replacement of slotted and solid pipes, placement of 2 stage filter, installation of manholes, backfill, and seeding.""
