- SOURCES SOUGHT The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease approximately 3,750 usable square feet (USF) of clinical space in New Port Richey, Florida for use by VA personnel, furnishings, and equipment for the Pasco Veteran Center Readjustment Counseling Service. 25 parking spaces are required. A lease up to 20 Years will be considered. The space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 29, 2024. The lease space must be fully serviced to include all utilities, landscaping, trash removal, and janitorial services. Lease space within the following boundaries will be considered: North: South of County Line Road (Route 578) East: North of State Route 54 South: West of Suncoast Parkway West: East of US Highway 19 A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff. Number of spaces to be offered for parking space, fully serviced. Expected rental rate per NUSF Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. Date of space availability Building ownership information and authorization from owner to offer the property if applicable Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the proposed building List of services provided (Utilities, janitorial, pest control, security monitoring, etc.). This requirement is currently housed in an existing leased space. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government is limited by law (40 USC 278a, as Amended 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space.
