Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 934 Airlift Wing at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis, Minnesota has a requirement for a one-time cleaning for Indoor Firing Range Cleaning Services of the Minneapolis firing range to include cleaning, lead abatement, and waste disposal services.� This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide cleaning/lead abatement and hazardous waste disposal services to the Combat Arms Training & Maintenance (CATM) firing range.� See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details.� This requirement will be a Total Small Business set-aside. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number: FA6633-23-Q-A002 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20221028, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2022-0701 The contractor shall provide all labor, management, tools, supplies, equipment, and appropriately qualified personnel necessary to ensure firing range cleaning, lead abatement, and waste disposal services are performed at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Air Reserve Station indoor firing range (Building 403), in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility condition to perform firing operations.� Use of frangible ammunition at the range results in dust created from disintegration of the projectiles upon impact. Dust will collect on various ranges surfaces and on air-handling system filters.� All work is to be performed in accordance with the PWS, contract award guidelines, contract clauses and wage determination.� This requirement is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 562910 (Remediation Services) with a small business size standard of $22.0M. �Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2 (attached). Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the SAM.gov system. The offeror is responsible to download any amendments and other documents from the www.Sam.gov website without further notice from the 934th Airlift Wing Contracting Office. The Offeror or subcontractor must be a licensed contractor who can provide all requirements for this service.
