Description

The purpose of this amendment is to answer the remaining questions requested, add the previous requested clauses to the solicitation and to adjust the close date: from 11/30/2022 11:00am ET to the new date of 11/29/2022 08:00am ET. Please respond to RFQ with base and option years. Questions Submitted: CLIN 0001: Is the price for the 103 Legionella samples from Malcolm Randall to include the HPC testing of the cooling towers listed in the SOW? Would the government be amenable to add the HPC testing to a separate CLIN? See updated attached SOW and solicitation schedule. CLIN 0002: Is the price for the 84 Legionella samples from Lake City to include the HPC testing of the cooling towers listed in the SOW? Would the government be amenable to add the HPC testing to a separate CLIN? See updated attached SOW and solicitation schedule. CLIN 0003: Is the price for the 3 drinking water samples from Malcolm Randall to include the annual testing listed in the SOW? Would the government be amenable to add the annual drinking water testing to a separate CLIN? See updated attached SOW and solicitation schedule. CLIN 0004: Is the price for the 3 drinking water samples from Lake City to include the annual testing listed in the SOW?
