*REPOST OF PREVIOUS NOTICE DUE TO ERRORS IN POSTING* Soliciation Number =�28321323RR0700001 The objective of the contract is to obtain support services for the management of SSA NRC folder storage operation. The services will be performed at Social Security Administration's (SSA) National Records Center (NRC), located in an underground facility in Independence, Missouri, wherein millions of Title II Social Security and Title XVI Supplement Security Income folders are received, stored, and manage. The purpose of this amendment 01 is to extend the Due Date for receipt of proposals to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time on November 29, 2022. A list of questions and answers is expected to be released via a separate amendment on or about November 18, 2022. The purpose of amendment 02 is the follows: 1) CLIN 0002 - Change Period of Performance (POP) Ending Date to 1/28/2024 2) CLIN 0003 - Change POP to 1/29/2024 to 1/28/2025 3) CLIN 0004 - Change POP to 1/29/2025 to 1/28/2026 4) CLIN 0005 - Change POP to 1/29/2026 to 1/28/2027 5) CLIN 0006 - Change POP to 1/29/2027 to 1/28/2028 6) CLIN 0007 - Change POP 10 1/29/2028 to 7/31/2028 7) Changes to POP also made in Solicitation Document Text Section A-2. 8) In the description for A-2.g., correct reference to contract clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services from C-2.2 to C-2.4. 9) CLIN 0007 - Change the Number of Quantity to 6 months. 10) B-4.27 Warehouse Services - Added Requirement. 11) C-4.10.6 Data Communications revised. 12) C-4.12.2 Communication Devices revised. 13) E-1.4(a)NAICS Changed to 519210 with size standard $18.5M. 14) E-1.4(b)(4) Other Direct Costs changes added. 15) E-1.4 (b)(10) Change referenced due date for proposals to November 29, 2022. 16) Attachment # 8 - Contract Deliverables - B-3.2 to read 3 Bus. Days. 17) Attachment # 12 - Past Performance Questionnaire - Reflect new Due Date. Note: Past Performance Questionnaires already sent to references do not have to be updated. 18) Provide answers to questions received.
