Notice of Intent: The Medical Readiness Contracting Office � West (MRCO-W), intends to award a sole source contract with SCITON INC., for the purchase of PROF-III (ProFractional) Surgical Handpiece to support the government owned JOULE Multi-Application Laser and Light Platform System.� Award will be made on or about 2 December 2022. The NAICS code 339113, size standard is 750. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, however all responsible sources may submit a capability statement. The solicitation number is W81K00-23-Q-0016 and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
