***THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY*** Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Far East (NAVFAC FE) FEAD Camp Butler is conducting a Sources Sought Notice. The intent of this notice is to conduct market research and identify potential contractors that are capable of performing the work in Japan and interested in the Department of Navy�s requirement for MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM (SCADA) AT MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER, U.S. NAVAL HOSPITAL (USNH) OKINAWA, JAPAN The information will be used within the NAVFAC Far East Contracting Division and will not be disclosed outside the agency. �This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. �No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. NAVFAC FE, FEAD Camp Butler is seeking qualified contractors and subcontractors that are licensed to conduct business in Japan for MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON SCADA. SERVICES DESCRIPTION:� The proposed MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON SCADA will require the contractor to furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform facility and maintenance service on SCADA at U. S. Naval Hospital Okinawa (USNHO), Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan.� Locations: Bldg. 960, 961, 962, 963, 964, 966, 967, 968, 969, 970, 971 and 972 at Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan The Contractor shall develop, implement, and execute a Service Order, Maintenance Program to maintain, repair, troubleshoot and upgrade all software for the SCADA system. All maintenance, repair, inspect test and operate shall be performed by personnel trained and certified by the OEM. Personnel working with or on electrical or electronic equipment must be trained and certified per NAVFAC MO-200 or must be certified First-Class electrical work operation and management engineer (????????). All maintenance trade personnel certifying or inspecting repair or maintenance work that does not require an inspector certified by a governing directive shall be qualified at the journeyman level. Contract Type:� Firm Fixed Price/IDIQ Services contract with RECURRING and NON-RECURRING services. Anticipated period of performance is total five (5) years consist of one (1) year base period and four (4) one-year option periods.� This notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government to issue a Solicitation or award a contract.� The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses. Entities responding to this Sources Sought Notice should submit the minimum information necessary for the Government to make a determination that adequate business entities exist that are capable of satisfying the Government�s requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 926130 � Regulation and Administration of communications, Electric, Gas and Other Utilities.� It is requested that interested firms capable of providing the requested services submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 10 pages, including attachments if any) demonstrating your ability to perform the requested services. The documentation shall address, at a minimum, the following: 1. COMPANY PROFILE to include all of the following: (1) Company name and address; (2) Company point of contact (including title, telephone and fax numbers and email address); and (3) If your company is registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website, please indicate your Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) numbers and CAGE code. 2. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: �Indicate your experience in providing services for the requirement stated above. �Please indicate number of years of experience. 3. SUBCONTRACTORS: If known, provide established subcontractor arrangements or partnerships with other companies (Optional). 4. LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:� Indicate any applicable local/and or industry certification your company or employee possess relevant to this procurement. 5. MISC INFO:� Provide anything pertinent to this industry and/or type of work, in general, that the Government should consider. Interested firms may submit information using the form provided under separate file titled �Sources Sought � Contractor Information Form (attachment 1)� to demonstrate capabilities, capacity and experience.
