Cincinnati, Ohio SAM.gov Sources Sought Notice 36C25023R0047 The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks expressions of Interest for 334 Existing Parking spaces for a term Not to Exceed 10 years in Cincinnati, Ohio. Notice: This advertisement is a notice of potential opportunity. This advertisement is NOT a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. The purpose of this advertisement is to identify potential sources and suitable locations and is not intended to pre-qualify or disqualify any potential sites. The Government WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED BECAUSE OF THIS ADVERTISEMENT. The Government cannot provide any warranty, expressed or implied as to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of contents of the furnished information found within this advertisement. Government is under no responsibility to respond to and is unable to answer any inquiries regarding this advertisement. Respondents are advised that the Government assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon responses to this advertisement. Contracting Office Address: Network Contracting Officer 10 260 E University Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45219 Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs currently leases 334 parking spaces under lease number 36C25018L0065 located in Cincinnati, Ohio that will be expiring. The VA seeks 334 parking spaces in the delineated area explained below. The VA is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the VA will consider among other things the availability of parking space as well as location of offered space. The NAICs code 812930, Parking lots and Garages, and the small business size standard is $41.5 million Lease Term: Not to Exceed 20 years Delineated Area: To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the following area described below which is bound by the following roads, or must front any of the following boundary lines: North: Forest Ave South: E. University, E. Corry St, W. Corry St East: Harvey Ave, Vernon Pl, Eden Ave West: Jefferson Ave, Vine St, W Nixon St, Bishop St, Ruther Ave Additional Requirements: Offered parking spaces must be within a one-mile radius of the Cincinnati VA Medical Center located at 3200 Vine St, Cincinnati, OH 45220. All parking spaces shall be monitored or in a parking lot to prevent security issues. Hours of operations are 5:30 AM 9:00 PM Monday thru Friday, excluding Federal Holidays Only parking lots will be considered. Parking garages SHALL not be considered. The parking lot can be paved and striped or runner crush stone. Either type must be well lighted and maintained in good clean condition. Snow plowing and de-icing shall be performed so that snow/ice will not interfere with entering/egress of people and vehicles. The lessor shall make monthly inspections of lot condition and repair as needed. The lessor shall be responsible for the total administration and operations of the parking lot. All Submissions should Include the following information: Name of current owner Address or described location of the parking Location on map demonstrating the parking lies within the delineated area Number of Spaces available If the location is a parking lot or parking garage If you are qualified as a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under NAICs code 812930 Parking lots and Garages with a small business size standard of $41.5 million, please read the below paragraph.
