- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE 36C26323Q0041 Wavemark Service THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) DO NOT SUBMIT A QUOTE The Veterans Administration located in Sioux Falls, SD intends to award a sole source purchase order under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Wavemark Inc. 300 BAKER AVE STE 207, CONCORD, MA 01742-2131 ueiSAM: LGNZKY4RM3U3 for conducting Cath Lab inventory management services. JUSTIFICATION FOR SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT due to Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements per FAR 6.302-1; The proposed contractor Wavemark Inc. is uniquely qualified to perform the services required. Veterans Integrated Service Network 23 requires services for hardware maintenance, software maintenance, interface maintenance, database administrator support services, and support services for all WaveMark Cath Lab inventory management systems located in the network. This is a request for a VISN-wide service agreement on Cath Lab inventory management systems. This system is used to track the use of cath lab supplies such as catheters and stents, associating those supplies with patients for product outcomes tracking purposes, for inventory management, for tracking recalls and expiration dates, etc. Each product is assigned an RF ID tag which is then associated in the WaveMark system with a product in its Oracle database. As the product is used, it is scanned such that the specific product can be processed in accordance with the functions stated above. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) DO NOT SUMMIT A QUOTE The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 518210 and the business size standard is $35M. Any interested party that believes it can meet this requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill this requirement being requested by 10:00 am ET on November 30, 2022. Responses must be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Scott Morrison in writing via email to the following address: scott.morrison2@va.gov no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. NOTE: If you are an authorized distributor or reseller; provide documentation confirming authorization and certified capability from the manufacturer to offer the equipment identified in this notice to include warranty and support to the US Government. Responses to this notice without this confirmation from the manufacturer will not be considered as valid. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
