- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart �12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. �The solicitation number HQC00422Q0008 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). �This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08 dated 10/28/2022. �This solicitation is being issued as 100% total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 332323 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Description of Requirement: �Deliver cart corrals to DeCA locations in CONUS, Alaska and Hawaii, and OCONUS which includes Far East and Puerto Rico. However, for OCONUS locations, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii the contractor would only be responsible for preparation for overseas shipment and delivery to the port which is located in Norfolk, VA or Stockton, CA. Delivery is required within 60 days after receipt of delivery order. This solicitation is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract. Period of Performance (POP): Base Year: �February 1, 2023 � January 31, 2024 Option Year One: �February 1, 2024 � January 31, 2025 Option Year Two: �February 1, 2025 � January 31, 2026 Option Year Three: �February 1, 2026 � January 31, 2027 Option Year Four: �February 1, 2027 � January 31, 2028 See attached combined synopsis for CLINs/subCLINs. Installation access includes, but is not limited to, obtaining applicable installation passes and inspections for vehicles and personnel. Contractor employees may also be subject to background security checks/clearances in order to obtain credentials for passes.
