Description
GAOA/DM - CARBELLA BOAT RAMP REPLACEMENT This is a sources-sought notice / request for information (RFI) only. This is not a request for a quote or proposal. This RFI is issued solely for market research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this RFI. The Government reserves the right to use any information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary to create the resultant solicitation. This RFI is issued by the Bureau of Land Management, Montana/Dakotas State Office, for the purpose of performing market research to determine the availability, interest, and capability of small businesses under NAICS Code 237990. I. Project Description A. Description of Work: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to replace Carbella Boat Ramp. Work to include but not limited to: removal of existing boat ramp and kiosk, construction of a new boat ramp and kiosk, as well as any related work or other appurtenances in accordance with the drawings and specifications. B. Location: Work under this Contract is located in Park County, Montana. Magnitude of construction project - Between $100,000 and $250,000. Submission requirements: Potential sources are invited to submit a Capabilities Statement describing the requests stated above. All responses should be submitted via e-mail to jalvarez@blm.gov no later than (1:00pm) (MS) on (14 Dec 2022). Only attach MS Word/Excel compatible files or Adobe Acrobat PDF files in electronic correspondence. Telephone inquiries will not be considered. Please provide the following information: 1. Company name and address 2. Company Point of Contact, phone number, and email 3. CAGE Code Number and Unique Entity ID (SAM) number 4. Socio-economic categories associated with the company (i.e., SDB, WOSB, VOSB, etc.) 5. Identify if your company has any current GWACs i.e. GSA schedules, NITAAC, SEWP, etc. 6. Capabilities Statement 7. After reviewing the Specifications: a. Provide the biggest issues you foresee during the performance of this project. b. Errors that need corrections before solicitation. c. Concerns with long lead times. d. Any other concerns.
