- Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) Office has a requirement various types of transmission line hardware (Brand Name or Equal). The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price, contract. Terms include FOB Destination to Montrose, CO and Loveland, CO The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued as a competitive, small business set aside. The NAICS code is 335932; the applicable size standard is 1,000 employees. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued electronically on or about November 29, 2022, at which time all information and attachments regarding the Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be posted. Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote in order to be considered for award. NOTE: Quotes shall be due by 3:00 p.m. EST, December 8, 2022. Quotes shall be submitted via email to Carol Hammans, Contracting Officer (hammans@wapa.gov) or via www.FedConnect.net. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer, NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
