THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY � This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Acknowledgement of receipt of submitted items will not be made nor will respondents be notified of the outcome of the information received. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI). It is the responsibility of the potential respondents to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Responses are due by 1200 EST, 02 Dec 2022. Please submit all RFI responses to Brian Petchel, Contract Specialist, at brian.k.petchel.civ@army.mil and Danny Lester, Contract Officer, at danny.w.lester.civ@army.mil. The subject line for the email submission shall read as follows: Subject: PM FPS AIE-3 Continuation RFI: �Company Name� AIE is a single standardized, interoperable, and integrated server/workstation based automated system for Installation access control. It incorporates commercially available software, fixed-site lane and gate equipment, and supporting infrastructure solutions to better automate IACP operations. AIE enables enhanced situational awareness, sharing of information, and optimization of resources. It enhances Installation security through automated personnel verification and authentication using a Joint Service Architecture and authoritative databases to continuously vet personnel against possible criminal, terrorist and insider threats. The program office added various solutions to integrate VCC operations into the scope of the broader IACP mission.
