- Request for Information (RFI) Military Sealift Command Worldwide Lubrication Program The Government is seeking information on capable and qualified companies to meet the following requirement. The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires Lubricant and Engineering Support Services in support of MSC�s Engineering Division (N7). The bridge contract would provide continuous lubricant products and services on a worldwide basis within specific time constraints defined by the contract. The Contractor would provide products and services for MSC and USS Navy ships and any other Government owned or Government chartered ship designated by MSC. Services under the scope of this contract include engineering support services (e.g. shipboard, technical, and training service calls). �The Government intends to issue a sole source bridge contract to the incumbent contractor depending the results of this RFI. The incumbent contractor is currently performing MSC Worldwide Lubrication Program that acquires lubricants for decades under a commodity contract N3220519D7000 that provides required oils and greases. Respondents are encouraged to provide any feedback regarding industry�s ability to ramp up and meet the Government�s requirement for seamless service continuation under the subject requirement as described in the SOW included in this announcement. Specifically, the government is seeking feedback about: Industry�s ability to provide a fully staffed team, meeting all professional and clearance requirements by the required start date of 23 April 2023.. Each response should also include: Company name Company address Company point of contact, phone and email address Company Business Size (i.e., other than small business or small business) Feedback on the ability to meet all requirements listed above and in the included SOW. The NAICS Code is 324191 � Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease Manufacturing. Please limit responses to three (3) pages. Not responding to this request does not preclude participation in future requests, if such are issued. Please note, during this time the government is unable to provide direct responses to questions received in response to this RFI. However, due consideration will be given to all feedback and any feedback received may be used to revise the requirements. This is not a request for proposals, and no contract will be awarded as result to responses received. This announcement is for market research and planning purpose only. This announcement is not constructed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.
